Our Art Work
Whole School - Great Big Bunting Off
Over the last week, every child at Greenfields has been busy designing their own bunting flag to represent themselves. They thought about their personality, the things that they like and what makes them "them". These flags were then attached to ribbon by the wonderful Mrs Andrews, and as you can see, the effect is amazing and nearly 70 metres long!
Our bunting has been posted to Winchester to link up with other schools for the Great Big Bunting Off. This has been organised by the Hampshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the NHS, and the aim is to break the Guinness World Record for longest bunting, which currently stands at 11 miles!
The bunting is being judged on 5th July - we'll let you know if the record breaking attempt was successful!
